KrisKore Solopreneur Program
Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The KrisKore Solopreneur Program provides a limited VoIP service designed exclusively for solopreneurs, offering a professional business phone line at an affordable price. By signing up for this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility & Account Limitations

The Solopreneur Program is strictly for individual users (solopreneurs). If you operate with a team or employees, you must upgrade to a full business account. Each Solopreneur account is limited to a one-to-one relationship between the phone number and user. Unlike our full VoIP packages, multiple users cannot share a single number.

Phone numbers must be local numbers

The following features are not included in the Solopreneur Program:

-Multi-user support (team extensions, shared numbers, etc.)

-Call routing features (auto-attendants, IVR, group ringing, call queues)

-Call recording

-Advanced reporting & analytics

-Integrations

-Toll Free Numbers

KrisKore reserves the right to review accounts and require upgrades if it is determined that the service is being used beyond the intended solopreneur scope.

3. Pricing & Fees

The monthly fee for the Solopreneur Program is $20 per month plus HST, billed in advance.

There is no setup fee for Solopreneur accounts.

Number porting is available for a one-time fee of $24.

Any additional features or services beyond the Solopreneur Program’s standard offering may incur additional charges.

4. Upgrading to a Full Account

If your business grows and requires multi-user functionality, call routing, or other advanced VoIP features, you must upgrade to a full business account.

Setup fees for upgrading from a Solopreneur account to a full account are waived.

Upon upgrading, you will gain access to the full suite of KrisKore VoIP features, including team call routing, menus, group ringing, and more.

5. Cancellations & Termination

Solopreneur accounts operate on a month-to-month basis, with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your service at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

KrisKore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are found to be used beyond the program’s intended scope.

6. General Provisions

Service is provided on an “as is” basis, with no warranties beyond those required by law. KrisKore is not responsible for disruptions caused by factors outside its control, including internet service provider (ISP) issues or force majeure events.

KrisKore may update these terms at any time, with notice provided to existing customers.

7. Compliance with KrisKore VoIP Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply specifically to the KrisKore Solopreneur Program. All Solopreneur Program users must also comply with the full KrisKore VoIP Terms & Conditions, which govern overall service usage, acceptable use policies, and legal obligations. Failure to adhere to the full KrisKore VoIP Terms & Conditions may result in suspension or termination of service.
